Please read this document carefully before using 8964's services. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 8964 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all related policies incorporated by reference. These terms apply to all users of the 8964 platform, including those browsing without an account, registered users, and any party accessing content or services via third-party links or integrations. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the 8964 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform in your own personal capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8964 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. The 8964 platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before permitting withdrawals or full access to certain features. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree not to use the 8964 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Providing false identity or personal information during registration or transactions
- Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use it
- Taking any action that compromises the integrity of games or financial transactions
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and a report to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 8964 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used is in their own name and matches the name registered on the platform.
Deposits can be made via FPX (direct transfer from a local bank) or Touch 'n Go eWallet. Withdrawals are processed to a verified Malaysian local bank account. The 8964 platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security checks, identity verification, or compliance with internal procedures.
Confirmed and credited transactions are final. Users must contact the 8964 support team before initiating any chargeback. Any unauthorised chargeback attempt may result in account suspension and further action.
8964 is not liable for transaction delays caused by banks, network failures, or technical issues beyond the platform's control. Any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are entirely the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimer
The 8964 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8964 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risk, and that the decision to participate is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility. The 8964 platform makes no guarantees of any outcome or financial return from gaming activity.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
The 8964 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, for reasons including suspected fraudulent activity, breach of terms, KYC failure, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account suspension is confirmed to involve a serious violation, account balances may be held while an investigation is carried out.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Withdrawal of any remaining account balance is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8964 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 8964 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without explicit written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 8964 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
8964 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
